Ukončení spolupráce s Autoklubem ČR z 5. 8. 2010

Michael Špaček – motokrosový závodník s titulem juniorského mistra Evropy 2007 v EMX 2T podlehl 12. 10. 2009 svému zranění ze závodu v Lokti. Na základe okolností jeho pádu, nezájmu šetření této tragické události a neochotě zjednání nápravy jsme se rozhodli i pres dlouholeté sponzorování a úsilí pomoci v motosportu ukončit naši dosavadní spolupráci s Autoklubem České republiky a upozornit tímto na celou věc.

Na této skutečnosti je nejsmutnější to, že nebyly dostatečně prozkoumány okolnosti pádu a ani vyšetřování policie nepřineslo žádné nové informace. Jak z výsledku vyšetřování policie, tak ani ze závěru státního zastupitelství není patrna vůle událost vyšetřit a něco změnit pro bezpečnost sportovců a zdravotní zabezpečení závodu. Nevíme, proč panuje tato neochota, neznalost, lhostejnost nebo i možné spekulace s danými skutečnostmi a fakty této tragické události.

Myslíme si, že ke smrti sportovce by nemělo a nesmí dojít a pakliže se to stane, je především nutno hledat nápravu a předcházet podobným událostem. Instituce, která zaštituje toto sportovní odvětví, by sama mela jít příkladem a činit vše proto, důsledně trvat na zjištění příčin, aby se dalo vyvarovat podobným událostem, což by nevedlo ke možným spekulacím. Dospěli jsme k tomu názoru, že nelze podporovat organizaci, která se chová nečině v této záležitosti s ohledem na smrt našeho milovaného syna Míši Špačka, který se mimo jiné velice intenzivně podílel na vývoji brzdových systému v rodinné firmě GOLDfren, za což jemu přísluší dík a také od Vás za to, že vždy reprezentoval Českou republiku i v cizině, kde je jeho jméno o trochu vetší než tady doma.

K tomuto závěru nás dovedly zjevné pochybnosti z jednání osob spojených s touto událostí. Řada lidí zejména v zahraničí pohybujících se v motosportu nám stále klade stejnou a pro nás nadále nezodpovězenou otázku: PROC?

Michael Špacek – the motocross racer, bearer of title Junior master of Europe 2007 in EMX 2T succumbed on October 12th 2009 his injury from the race in Loket. On the basis of the circumstances of his fell, lack of interest in investigation of this tragical incident and unwillingness to make good, we have decided (despite of logn-term sponsorhip and effort to help motocross) to terminate our long-term cooperation with Autoklub Ceské republiky and to call this way attention to this matter.

The saddest thing on the fact is that the circumstances of the fall haven´t been sufficiently examined and even the investigation of police hasn´t brought any new information. There is no visible will for real investigation of the incident and no will to change anything for the racers´ safety and health security neither from the results of police investigation nor from conclusions of prosecution. We do not know why there is such unwillingness, ignorance, indifference or possible manipulation with the facts of this tragical event.

We think that it should not come to a sportsman´s death and if this happens, then it is necessary to set everything right and prevent this to be happening again. The institution representing this sport branch should be an example for everyone and should be insistig on proper investigation to find out what is possible to do avoid repeating the accident in the future.

With respect to our loving son Míša Špacek, who was among others taking part in the development of the braking systhems in family company GOLDfren and for that he deserves gratitude from all of us, we have come to the conclusion that it is not possible for us to support organisation that is acting idle to his death anymore. We should also be thankful for his representation of our republic here and abroad where his name is more known than in his homeland.

We have come to this conclusion because of reasonable doubts. They are based on acting of people connected to this event. Many persons who are involved in the world of motocross abroad are asking us the same unanswered question again and again: WHY?
