Now we offer wide selection of front and rear discs for SUPERSPROX wheels.

Our company has successfully tested complete brake discs. New SUPERSPROX discs contain the wheel-centre in it and so there is no need of mounting any carrier.

RACING BRAKE FLUID Castrol SRF (.pdf)

Castrol SRF is a DOT 4 brake fluid and is of specific value in competitve motor sport applications. It is suitable for all disc and drum brake systems with the exception of those for which mineral oil is prescribed.

Castrol SRF is based on a unique silicon ester technology, exclusive to Castrol, which enables it to be an extremely high performance product. It has a typical wet boiling point of 270°C greatly in excess of the DOT 4 minimum of 155°C and its typical dry boling point of 320°C is also outstanding. Castrol SRF is of special value where extreme braking conditions are encountered.

20.10.2006 Radially Fastened Brake Controller

This most up-to–date brake controller was taken over from the manufacturing line of a well-known West German manufacturer together with its fork leg applicable as well for European motorcycles as for Japanese ones thus completing our offer in brake systems.

The advantages of the radial brake controller can be described as follows:

1. Higher stability of the controller fastening to the wheel fork.
2. Longer lifetime - see machining using the ………….. material in CNC machine tools.
3. Possibility of combining brake wheel sizes – range 20 mm ± in accordance with the pad.

Radial Pump:

The radial pump offering easy and accurate control in combination with the radial brake controller or, possibly, even with other brake controller types, was taken over from the manufacturing line of a well-known ST German manufacturer together with the radial brake controller as well.

SEASON 2005

31.10.2005 New materials

This year, our company, together with several racing teams and racers, has been developing new material types of road brake lining for races. Based on the test results and examinations of separate materials on various driving conditions now we can enlarge our base material menu by material GP5. Material GP5 is designed exclusively for road races complying fully with strict demands made on the front brake lining.
Last year, we put on the market a material K5-LX designed only for rear brakes of off-road racing motorcycles. Now we are completing our assortment for the off-road motorcycles with (for examples: 007, 031, 034, 041, 107, 109)

1.12.2005 In TUNING magazin No. 12/2005 you can find interview with rally test rider GOLDFREN , Mr. Trojan and other riders:

Jiří Trojan (Volkswagen Polo 1,6 GTI, group N2) I have been satisfied with a manufacture and development of brake lining coming from the Mr.Špaček´s works for quite a time. The first contacts were realized when I had only driven Ford and Nissan. During the last two years we succeeded to reach very far with the material, the lining is really perfect so it is high time to offer it even for tests and then to distribute it. All the time we have been co-operating with Mr. Špaček I had a large amount of compound types of various hardness through my hands. Formerly, the lamellas cracked, became overheated, but today everything is OK. Formerly, when I drive common lining so I had to change the disks all the time. Simply, they distorted. Then they started to vibrate and the game was up, they had to leave. But now, it is a history, it can’t happen with Gold-frens. Or when the brakes are vented, the brake fluid is clear, not burnt, unlike with others when it is black. Castrol liquid is superb compatible with the GOLD-Frens not absorbing moisture and resisting high temperatures. As for co-operation with Gold Fren, I appreciate a possibility to communicate, and participate a development process. It is not only to sell plates, to sell disks…

Tomáš Zelenka (Škoda Fabia RS Tdi, Group D9). I have Diesel Fabia car with a huge torque and heavy engine on front side. I also installed automatically the lamellas, which I used before on Octavia Kit Car, to this racing car. It was OK with Kit, but with the „Diesel“, I had a problem with brake overheating from the beginning. When heated they failed and operated again only when get cold. Or, the lamellas of another manufacturer were so aggressive as for material, so the disks were worn unbelievably. I searched for something, which would function reliably until I encountered GOLD FREN. In a course of tests I used the brake lining only for the front axle, and it worked greatly! Now I have also rear brake lining manufactured by Gold Fren on my car. Thanks to this fact I have started to use hand brake, which is functioning really. Now, the car „rear“ may let to break off to skidding even on dry bitumen. Now, I just know that I can stop the car certainly in any case. I can set foot on brakes later and because of that I may drive longer distance at full speed, thus, this made me quicker. I plan to try new compound, which is just more „poisonous“ on Mr.Špaček´s opinion, I wonder, indeed.

Josef Peták (Renault Clio Super 1600, Group A6). I could see and experience anything for the years spent in motor-racing sports. When I had got a chance to try the lamellas GOLD FREN I did not know what I might expect exactly. They were supported by a good reputation, but rally is a very hard sport and brakes are crucial part to achieve good results. By now, I have been riding with lining offerred by Renault Sport, but a comparison with the latest types of GOLD FREN speaks clearly for the domestic manufacturers. One of the older compounds „baked“ fairly in my car, or in „Krumlov“ rally during the initial speed trial the when final braking is made by left foot the lamellas got vitrified there. Once we applied another compound, then, it was Super! In principle, I like two compounds from Gold Fren, which are well applicable for me depending on a type of rally. I appreciate their possibility to achieve higher brake effect with a need to develop lower pressure.
